Come relax in our Winter Park get-a-way. Set amidst the pines and aspens alongside the Fraser River, our condo offers the best of both worlds. Close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Winter Park , you can watch the wildlife drinking from the river just outside your door. Elk, moose, fox, deer, coyote, martin and birds are all frequent visitors to the river.
The condo features a comfortable queen bedroom with lots of natural light and walk-out access to the patio overlooking the river. Comfortable living room seating centered around the moss rock fireplace provides a warm and cozy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. Cable TV , a DVD player, and access to all the club house amenities will keep the kids entertained. The recreation center has an indoor pool, four hot tubs, a game room with pool table, air hockey, video games and additional laundry facilities. The free Winter Park shuttle runs through the complex providing quick and easy acess to downtown Winter Park and the ski resort area. For the outdoor enthusiast, Winter Park's extensive (600 miles) trail system is right outside your front door.
Centrally located, our Riverside Studio offers a quiet mountain setting on 25 wooded acres near a designated wetland and all the popular amenities. No matter the season, there is always so much to enjoy in Winter Park and the Fraser Valley. From world class downhiil skiing, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, snowmobiling to mountain biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, rafting, horse-back riding and summer festivals, there is something for everybody.
