Located in the new village at the base of Winter Park Resort and only
200 yards from the lifts, our Founder's Pointe 1 bedroom condo is the perfect place for a vacation retreat.
The bedroom has a comfortable King Bed, 26" TV and a ceiling fan. A portable humidifier is available for anyone not used to our dry mountain air.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and two easy chairs. A 36" LCD flat screen TV with DVD player and cable service with HBO ensures you won't miss your favorite shows. The living room has a gas fireplace with solid wood hearth - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of a great day outdoors.
A walk-out deck off the living room overlooks the huge outdoor hot tub and has great views of the base village and the ski slopes.
The fully equipped kitchenette with granite countertops, dishwasher,
convection/microwave, stainless steel refrigerator,
2 burner range making preparing meals a breeze. Or, just walk a few steps across the street and dine-out at any of the fine restaurants in the Base Village.
